Issues Arising from Technical Problems: KPOPTix.com and DASOMWEB bear no responsibility for any issues arising from technical problems, including system failures, network issues, or related technical difficulties.

Refund and Compensation Policies: In the event of an event cancellation not related to technical issues or system failures, refund and compensation policies should be the responsibility of the event organizer. KPOPTix.com and DASOMWEB do not assume responsibility for such refunds or compensations.
