e-Ticket re-Issuance and additional payment of Sales Tax(8.25% Grapevine, TX)

We are beginning the process of reissuing e-Tickets for purchasers of the Tan Made [I] Tour – DALLAS tickets.

Before proceeding with ticket reissuance, we would like to provide information regarding the additional payment for Sales Tax. During the inspection of the system that caused issues last time (which has now been retired), we discovered that customers had omitted payment for Sales Tax at the time of purchasing concert tickets. To provide guidance on making the additional Sales Tax payment, please follow the steps below. Please note that there will be no additional fees incurred, including Card Payment Processing fees, when making the Sales Tax payment.

[Method for Additional Sales Tax Payment]

1. Please select the previously ordered ticket type and quantity (Sales Tax will be automatically calculated based on the chosen ticket type and quantity).
2. Proceed to Check Out. Before complete the Check Out please fill out Previously Purchased Ticket Number (if multiple, fill out all).
3. Make the payment.

[Procedure for e-Ticket Issuance]

1. Email the Sales Tax Payment details to the customers.
2. Issue the e-Tickets and send via email. (Customers will receive the e-Tickets in two parts via email. The first part will be issued upon confirmation of the ticket payment. Within 24 hours of issuance, customers will receive an updated e-Ticket including seat numbers.)
